An earthquake of 7.3 on the Richter scale jolted the northeast coast Japan, shaking buildings and triggering tsunami warnings. The earthquake affected the same region that in 2011 suffered an earthquake of 9 and a tsunami that caused the Fukushima nuclear accident.
