The first edition of the World Gastronomy Congress was held today at the Pedralbes Palace in Barcelona. The event, organized by the IGCAT (International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism) and supported by the Generalitat (Catalan Government), brought together professionals from five continents.
