The TSJC declares null the tense zone of several municipalities of the AMB of 2021 protected by the Catalan rental law

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has declared null and void the agreement adopted in July 2021 by the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona (AMB) through which the declaration of some municipalities in the area as a "stressed housing market area" was definitively approved.
