The Spanish government proposes that the Tax Authority conduct an additional review of pensions in 2026.

The Ministry of Social Security has proposed a regulatory change, only in a public hearing, through which it gives the Fiscal Authority (AIREF) the power to conduct an additional review of the pension system and its sustainability in 2026.
