The purchase of homes rises more than 7% in August compared to a year ago, according to the Association of Registrars

During August, 7.1% more homes were purchased in Catalonia than in the same month of 2025, according to data from the Association of Registrars published this Monday. In total, almost 8,300 transactions were closed, compared to 7,700 a year ago.
