The Guarantee Council endorses the law to regulate temporary rentals except for one article

The Statutory Guarantees Council (CGE) has endorsed the draft law to regulate seasonal rentals. The opinion, which is not binding, includes two dissenting votes and concludes that it is not unconstitutional.
