The end of 20 years of litigation: justice concludes that ICL must remove the salt mine waste dump from Sallent

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has not admitted the last cassation appeal that the company Iberpotash (now ICL Iberia) had filed and once again rules in favor of the residents' association of the Rampinya neighborhood of Sallent after more than twenty years of litigation over its environmental impact.
