The Basque group Ohmnia asks the CNMV for authorization to launch the takeover bid on Azkoyen for 244.5 million

The Basque industrial technology group Ohmnia has registered this Monday before the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) its application to launch a takeover bid for the Navarrese multinational Azkoyen, at a price of 10 euros per share, for a total of 244.5 million euros.
