The Barcelona Prosecutor's Office has again requested this Friday the intervention of the Cellex and Mir Puig foundations, after the Barcelona Court annulled a first intervention decreed a few months ago by the Barcelona Court of Instruction No. 12.

The court annuls the intervention of Cellex and Mir Puig because those under investigation did not have room to defend themselves
