Strike at a TikTok and LinkedIn subcontractor against a mass layoff affecting 141 employees

The CCOO union has called a strike at the TDCX call center for February 26 and 27. The strike is in response to negotiations for a workforce reduction plan (ERE) that would result in the dismissal of 141 people.
