Six developers are interested in building housing on the small government-owned plots

As reported by ARA, the Government has put out to tender 24 small plots of land where up to 444 homes can be built. Each plot has a maximum capacity of 20 units. The executive has opted to call individual tenders, unlike the larger plots in the 50,000 plan, which have been offered in lots.
