Selenta sells a Tenerife resort for 430 million

The hotel sector is fuming. Selenta Group, owned by the Canadian fund Brookfield, has sold the Mare Nostrum Resort in Tenerife for €430 million. The Spring Hotels chain has acquired the resort, which has been completely renovated after an investment of €56 million.
