Isla claims the financing agreement as "the best" thing in the history of Catalonia

The President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, assured the national council of the PSC this morning that the financing agreement reached by the Government and ERC is "the best" in the history of Catalonia and "the best system of regional financing under the common regime in the democratic history of Spain."
