Isabel Pantoja and Bertín Osborne, among those in arrears with the Treasury

The list published every June by the Treasury also includes former Barça vice president Joan Gaspart.

BarcelonaThe singer and presenter Bertín Osborne and the singer Isabel Pantoja appears on the list of defaulters with the State Tax Agency, with outstanding debts of 865,601.41 euros and 1,009,253 euros, respectively. These debts have not been legally deferred or suspended.

Businessman and former vice president of Barça, Joan Gaspart, is on the list, with a debt of 994,839.69 euros; as is José María Enrí, the former vice president of the football referees, implicated in a case of alleged payments by Barça, with 1,096,488.52 euros. Among the practically permanent figures on this list, published since 2015, is the former president of Banesto, Mario Conde, with a debt of 3.8 million euros.

Other individuals on the list include Iñaki Urdangarín's former partner Diego Torres (€940,000) and businessmen Ángel de Cabo (€10.73 million) and Rafael Gómez Sánchez –known as Sandokan–, with €2.1 million in debt, or €640,802 in Debt.

The list published Friday, which must be disseminated annually as set out in Article 95 bis of the General Tax Law, includes a total of 5,997 debtors, including individuals and legal entities, representing 1.4% less than 1%. of euros, 5.9% more than in 2024. A total of 805 debtors who appeared on last year's list have disappeared from this year's list, with an outstanding debt of €1.361 billion. This removal can occur either through full or partial cancellation of the debt or through obtaining a deferral or suspension of the debt.

The document published this Friday includes 718 debtors not listed on last year's list, with a debt of 2.272 billion euros. Since the list was published last year, a total of 1,748 debtors with debts as of December 31, 2023, have made payments to the treasury worth 221 million euros.
