The new 144,000-square-meter warehouse will begin leasing this year, with full occupancy expected in 2028.
This is the latest major operation on these lands, where Goodman landed in mid-2023 to develop the Barcelona City Hub, a multi-story space. In 2024, production of Ebro brand vehicles began as part of an alliance between Ebro's owner, EV Motors, and Chinese carmaker Chery, which plans to begin manufacturing the Omoda 5 model that same year. In fact, the construction of this Goodman logistics warehouse won't be the only new development: Ebro and Chery will expand their industrial plant by 57,000 square meters, reaching 310,000.
"We are looking for solutions to reduce the consumption of industrial land to find other uses. More logistics space for Ebro
