Ercros loses €29.3 million in the first half due to weak demand

Ercros lost €29.3 million in the first half of 2025, compared to a profit of €1.4 million a year earlier. All this was due to the ongoing public takeover bid war launched by funds from the Portuguese company Bondalti and the Italian company Esseco.
