Deutsche Telekom expects to save 2,500 million in indirect costs by 2030 thanks to AI

Deutsche Telekom expects to achieve savings of approximately 2.5 billion euros in indirect costs by 2030, compared to 2023, as a result of AI and automation, as announced this Monday by the German operator, which has confirmed its medium-term forecasts and objectives.
