A Coruña, the first PP municipality to implement the rental regulations of the housing law

A Coruña is the first PP municipality that has decided to apply the tension zone included in the state housing law to regulate rental prices, as published this Tuesday by the Official State Gazette (BOE). The town requested it from the Ministry of Housing, which approved it.
