Celsa signs Enrique Casanueva and Claudio Aguirre for its board of directors

The board of directors of Celsa has called the annual general meeting with the aim of expanding the governing body to ten members. To strengthen the board's profile, the steel company plans to incorporate two prominent figures from the financial sector: Enrique Casanueva and Claudio Aguirre.
