The brand new first deputy prime minister of the Spanish government and Minister of Economy, Carlos Cuerpo, has offered an "extended hand" to the PP to reach agreements. In his first control session in the Senate as deputy prime minister, Cuerpo has conveyed to the popular party the desire to negotiate.
