The Finestres Foundation has created two new comic book awards: the Ventanas de Cómic Award for best work and the Ventanas de Cómic Award for best children's and young adult work, each with a prize of 25,000 euros. The awards recognize the best work originally published in Catalan or Spanish during the previous year.
