The Supreme Court has rejected the lawsuit for protection of honor filed by Julio Iglesias against Yolanda Díaz due to lack of jurisdiction. It concludes that she positioned herself regarding the allegations against him for alleged sexual assaults as a "citizen and political leader" and not as Minister of Labor.
