A Madrid court summons a police officer accused of torture to testify

The Madrid Court of First Instance has summoned Carlos Serrano Suárez, the plaintiff in a case against five members of the Political-Social Brigade for torture suffered in 1975, and Agustín Costo Martínez, one of the police officers under investigation, to testify. The hearing will take place on June 22, 2026.
