Junts, BComú, and ERC have forced an extraordinary plenary session at the Barcelona City Council to demand that the mayor, Jaume Collboni, resolve the labor conflict with the libraries. The groups have adopted the complaint of the librarians, who accuse the executive of not negotiating "diligently".
