Judicial setback for the lawsuit filed by five former Culture councilors against the judge in the Sijena murals litigation

The magistrates of the Superior Court of Justice of Aragón (TSJA) have dismissed the lawsuit filed by five former Culture councilors against the judge of Huesca for forcing the transfer of the Sijena murals, and they express in their ruling that they do not observe any crime in the facts set out in the lawsuit.
