Guitarist Bob Weir, co-founder of the legendary Grateful Dead, dies

American guitarist Bob Weir, one of the founders of the legendary psychedelic rock band Grateful Dead, has died at the age of 78. The Dead were one of the most influential bands of the 1960s counterculture with songs like Truckin', Sugar magnolia and Friend of the Devil.
