Barcelona requests a reduced VAT rate of between 5% and 7% on sales by art galleries

The Culture Commission of the Barcelona City Council agreed on Tuesday to demand that the Spanish government reduce the VAT on sales from art galleries from 21% to a percentage between 5% and 7%.
