Naturgy requests authorization from the CNMV for its takeover bid

Naturgy has submitted to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) the request for authorization for its takeover bid and to be able to acquire up to 9.08% of its capital to increase the free float up to 15%. The transaction was approved by the general shareholders' meeting on Tuesday.
