BBVA obtains all international approvals for its takeover bid for Sabadell

The Central Bank of Morocco has given the green light to a possible indirect change of control of Banco Sabadell's branch in the country, as part of BBVA's takeover bid for the Catalan bank, the Bilbao-based bank announced in a statement.
