In addition, the CaixaBank board has agreed to propose to the next annual general meeting of shareholders, expected to be held on March 27, the re-election of Tomás Muniesa as a director for a four-year term. Muniesa, the bank's chairman since 2025, will therefore be able to continue leading the board.
