The Valencian Country prohibits the tourist rental of rooms

The Consell has approved on Friday the decree that regulates tourist accommodation in the Valencian Country and that prohibits tourist rent of rooms. As a whole, the rule sets higher information requirements for the marketing of tourist accommodation.
