Spain and Senegal sign an agreement for "circular migration": that Senegalese will only enter the State to work on a temporary basis

The Spanish president, Pedro Sánchez, and his Senegalese counterpart, Macky Sall, have signed a memorandum to promote what they call "circular migration", that is, that the Senegalese can only set foot in Spain with a temporary contract and have to return after working.
