Madrid will allocate €12,750 to renew Spanish flags on balconies

Madrid City Council has earmarked a grant of €12,750 so that any resident who so wishes can renew the Spanish flag on their balcony. Most flags, put up during the Independence referendum of 2017, are very deteriorated. The goal is to collect 150 flags for "an exhibition".
