FDA gives the go-ahead to Johnson & Johnson's single-dose vaccine

The U.S. Food and Drug Safety Advisory Committee has given the green light to the vaccine, which will be available for immediate distribution. It will be the third vaccine available in the U.S., the country with the highest number of covid deaths in the world.
