Elderly woman dies in fire in Barcelona's Eixample district

An elderly woman died this morning in a fire in a flat in the Eixample district of Barcelona. The firefighters have received notice of the fire in the Pau Claris street at 8:20 and have activated seven vehicles to extinguish it, but have not been able to save the woman.
