Catalonia High Court overturns agreement between Acciona workers and Nissan

Catalonia's High Court has rejected Acciona workers agreement over the closure of Nissan's factory. Despite the agreement having received the support of 85% of the workforce, the Court considers that validating the agreement violates the rights of unions CCOO and CGT, who filed allegations.
