Almost 29,000 people suffer from Parkinson's disease in Catalonia

A total of 28,931 Catalans are diagnosed with Parkinson's, as published by Health on the occasion of World Parkinson's Day. A 47% of the diagnosed people have a high risk of complexity and in 97% of cases the first symptoms appear from the age of 65 years.
