Storms have begun to break out in the Pyrenees, pre-Pyrenees, and central Catalonia. They are doing so with intensity, in some cases, and accompanied by electrical activity and hail. By 4:45 PM, 27 l/m2 had accumulated in Cadí Nord and 19 l/m2 in La Seu d'Urgell.
