The 'Nocilla boy' and ex-partner of Jordi González who now wears Rubí

This has been the vital and professional journey of Enric Escudé, who began his career in advertising by starring in a Nocilla campaign. As he himself has explained, he got into modeling because he was interested in the world of entertainment and didn't know how to get into it. Finally, the opportunity on television arrived and, after passing a casting, he became a collaborator on Vitamina N, the program that Jordi González presented on City TV between 2002 and 2004, and where he coincided with now also well-known names such as Marta Torné and Torito. It was around that time that he began a romantic relationship with Jordi González, which ended when Escudé was already on his next television project, the children's show Club Megatrix, on Antena 3. In conversation with ARA, he assures that he no longer maintains any friends from that intense television period.

Escudé moved to Madrid and for several years worked in the nightlife scene hoping for new television projects. The phone stopped ringing and, finally, he decided to reinvent himself by returning to his origins: when he was young he had combined a modeling career with working as a sales assistant. In Rubí, his hometown, he has opened three multi-brand clothing stores: Enric Escudé Man, Enric Escudé Woman, and the outlet Enric Escudé Actitud. The former model and presenter, who in 2013 published his memoirs under the title Qué fue del niño de la Nocilla, assures that he has no special interest in returning to television. "I would only return to television for an interesting project that would bring me value. Today's television repulses me and does not distract me," explains Escudé, who says that when nostalgia for the medium awakens, he remembers that being his own boss, as he is now, is the best thing that could have happened to him.
