The English Football Association sanctions Chelsea with 11.5 million and the risk of not being able to sign

The English FA has fined Chelsea 11.5 million euros and banned them from signing players for two transfer windows — a sanction suspended until June 2027 — for financial irregularities between 2011 and 2018, during the Abramovich era. If Chelsea does not commit similar offenses, they will be allowed to sign players.
