The Barcelona City Council presents its mobility plan for when the Tour de France arrives

The City Council has presented a comprehensive operation for the departure of the Tour de France, which for the first time starts in Catalonia on July 4, 5, and 6. 6 out of 10 districts will be affected, especially Eixample, Sants-Montjuïc, and Sant Martí, with many streets closed for hours.
