A hailstorm has forced the cancellation of the last fifteen kilometers of the third stage of the Vuelta. The storm became dangerous when the cyclists were climbing the Montlluís pass, and Pogacar, who was leading the main group, signaled with his hand that he would stop to look for shelter.
