With the poor progress and the player's understandable dissatisfaction with the handling of his case, the striker opted to seek a second opinion in Paris, where the injury was correctly identified and the treatment plan revised, facilitating his gradual return to action in recent weeks. Ultimately, this is yet another scandal that continues to strain the atmosphere surrounding Real Madrid's medical services, which Mbappé and Bellingham have also tarnished by choosing to return to their home countries to treat their respective injuries.
