Márquez, who changed his rear tire at the last minute, has surely run the best race of the championship so far. Bezzecchi, who wasn't satisfied with running his best sprint race of the season, and company were amazed by a triumph that fills Marc Márquez with morale ahead of this Sunday's race. Beyond the points he scrapes, it is a psychological victory for the Catalan rider in his dispute with the Italian. "It was time to take a risk and that's what I did," said Márquez, with a smile from ear to ear.

A masterclass from the Thunder of Cervera, who signs his sixth victory in the season's sprint races (Brazil, Jerez, Hungary, Germany, Aragon and San Marino). This Sunday he will start in second position behind, precisely, Bezzecchi. Jorge Martín, leader of the World Championship with a 14-point margin over Marc Márquez (263 to 249), will start fifth. Further back will be Àlex Márquez: the younger of the Márquez brothers will start from the ninth position. He posted better records in the sprint race, which he finished in fifth place.
