Atlético Barceloneta is eliminated from the water polo Champions League final on penalties.

The sailors, who were seeking their second Champions League title in Malta, lost to Serbian side Novi Beograd on penalties after a 10-10 draw in the semifinal, in which they scored the equalizer with three seconds left. In the penalty shootout, however, a mistake by Unai Biel broke Barceloneta's heart.
