The Efficient Energy Cluster of Catalonia (CEEC) celebrated last night the 13th edition of the Night of Efficiency, the major annual meeting of the Catalan energy sector. The event, held at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, brought together more than 750 professionals, companies, start-ups, research centers, and institutional representatives in an evening dedicated to energy efficiency, innovation, talent, and the energy transition, and served to vindicate the key role of the energy sector in business competitiveness, the decarbonization of the economy, technological innovation, the transformation of the productive fabric, and access to a more efficient, sustainable energy model closer to citizens.

A gala to recognize the talent that transforms energy

Led by actor and comedian Pep Plaza, the Night of Efficiency has focused on projects and trajectories that address key challenges for the energy future: from industrial decarbonization to the modernization of the electricity grid, through research, specialized communication, social impact, and access to a fairer energy transition.

The 13th edition has also been an especially significant event for CEEC, which this year celebrates its 18th anniversary. The Cluster brings together companies, research centers, universities, institutions, and other agents working in the field of efficient and sustainable energy in Catalonia. Its task is to connect knowledge, business, and administration to drive projects that help advance the energy transition and bring its benefits to society as a whole.
