El Corte Inglés lights up its Diagonal facade in support of the fight against breast cancer.

Every October, the company launches this initiative to support breast cancer research. Lighting its storefronts in pink is the first action in this campaign, which aims to raise awareness about the fight against this disease.

Until October 19, a wide selection of charity items are on sale in all departments so that customers can purchase them and contribute to this cause.

El Corte Inglés is lighting up the facades of its most iconic stores, such as the Diagonal store, in pink to support breast cancer research. October 19th is World Breast Cancer Day, and the company is joining this initiative with various actions to raise awareness of this cause and support those affected by the disease.

El Corte Inglés has prepared, until October 19, a wide selection of charity items in all sales areas, both in its stores and on its website and app. The proceeds from these items will be used to fund the research project focused on personalized therapy led by Dr. Julio Delgado of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona-2 and the University of Navarra Clinic.

In addition to the products designed specifically for this campaign, which can be found on the El Corte Inglés website and app, as well as in specially created spaces in stores, numerous brands from all areas are joining this initiative with a series of selected items. In women's fashion , brands such as Woman El Corte Inglés, Southern Cotton, Couchel, Tintoretto, Latouche, Énfasis, Green Coast, Easy Wear, and Sfera will donate €1 from each item sold on October 18th and 19th to the research project currently funded by El Corte Inglés.

In the accessories department, and until October 19th, a large selection of items from brands such as Guess, Lola Casademunt, Gay Laroche, and Tous will also donate one euro for each item sold to the Spanish Association Against Cancer. Other brands are also participating in the initiative, offering customers purses, wallets, men's crossbody bags, and many other accessories so that anyone who wants to can join this campaign.

The Latouche brand is also participating in this campaign with a selection of suitcases , contributing 10% of the total sales during the campaign.

In the home section, very special designs have been chosen for plates, glasses, salad bowls, water bottles, candles, floral diffusers, and decorative hangers, and 15% of sales will be donated to this research project. And for home textiles, one euro will be given for every product sold on October 18th and 19th.

The furniture and decor department also wanted to join this cause and will allocate 5% of the sales proceeds from a selection of items such as lights, upholstered sofas, mirrors, headboards, paintings, chairs, tables, soap dishes, soap dispensers, and utility carts to the research project.

In footwear , brands such as Skechers, Pepe Jeans, Gioseppo, Victoria and Lacoste have joined the campaign and are contributing 20% of their sales to the project during the campaign.

The lingerie and corsetry department is participating this year in the campaign against breast cancer, and is doing so with all its bra brands, donating 1 euro for each bra sold on October 18 and 19.

In sports , leading brands such as Boomerang and Mountain Pro have joined the project and will contribute €1 from each unit sold on October 18 and 19, both in textile products and footwear.

Special reusable bags have been put on sale at El Corte Inglés, Hipercor, and Supercor supermarkets for €3.50, with all proceeds going to the same fundraising campaign. Customers can also purchase reusable bags designed specifically for this campaign at El Corte Inglés stores, priced at €2. All proceeds from the sale of these bags will go to fund Dr. Delgado's research project.

In the toy department, Mattel will donate 10% of Barbie doll sales until October 19 to the Spanish Cancer Association to support the fight against this disease.

The El Corte Inglés Travel Group has also decided to collaborate with this campaign for another year, allocating €1 for each reservation made by customers from October 3 to 20 for Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Port Aventura World, cruises, Tourmundial, Club de Vacaciones, and reservations.
