Vandalism on TMB trains has resulted in an expense of almost six million euros since 2020.
TMB has spent €6 million since 2020 cleaning vandalized trains and has reduced graffiti by 80%. However, this year 220 metro trains were found covered in graffiti, and the vandalism caused service disruptions totaling more than three hours of stoppages.
