Cantabria has recorded 59 forest fires in 24 hours and continues to battle 35 blazes this Wednesday afternoon, of which 21 are still active and 14 are under control, mostly in the Pas i Miera districts. The most affected municipality is Vega de Pas, with seven active fires.
