The AP-7 has only one of its three lanes open between Vilafranca del Penedès and Santa Margarida and Els Monjos in each direction due to two different accidents involving trucks. Initially, at 11.35 a.m. a truck carrying pigs overturned and cut off the motorway in a southerly direction.
